As a former Executive with over 22 years of experience in multiple industries and across various disciplines, I’ve had a seat at the table with strong organizations and the good people at the centre of their success. I have developed organization and business strategies, lead digital roadmaps, broken down silos and integrated cross functional teams and lead and developed high performing teams.
But, what sets me apart is my foundation built on disciplined leadership, a practical approach and a passion to take a stand on doing the right thing.
Good work always comes down to good people. Period.

I BUILD FOUNDATIONS.
The foundation is the first thing you build in any structure. It supports a whole structure and is critical to the durability of it. And when you take the time at the beginning to build it correctly you can rely on it for years to come.
I believe the same care you take to build the foundation of a structure is needed for both your business and your personal leadership.
A strong foundation builds long term results.
COACHING IS PERSONAL.
It is personal because every person is unique as is their circumstances and therefore, each session or proposal needs to be curated to those fit those individual needs.
And each coach brings a different approach based off a different set of experiences to grow from. My approach is a human one. Certified by experience.
I have twenty years of Executive experience to draw from. I work in a hands-on, practical way, putting philosophies and best practices into action using actual situations rather than hypothetical.
Because it’s the “how” that is the hardest part.
